PRIVATE EVENTS FOR KIDS

Virtual pricing as follows:
-Choice of any kid gallery painting:
- Virtual class access only and emailed template (when applicable) - $225
-Additional kit option is $15 per painter.
-Covers up to 50 partiipants in virtual class.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Children parties are held on Saturdays at either 11 am or 1 pm. For our children parties, the child host can pick a painting they would like from our gallery, we keep them age appropriate and limited to 3-5 paint colors.
Each party includes 2 hours of total time, 11x14 canvas boards per painter. This 2 hours includes 15 minutes of set up and 15 minutes of clean up. Party time for guests lasts 1.5 hours and includes the painting and then cake and gift opening time. Our artists will take care of the painting part but the parents are responsible for maintaining control of the cake and gift time. Our artists are not babysitters. An adult MUST stay at the party during the entire session.
Make sure all guests are informed they must arrive on time and that the party starts promptly at party start time. All party attendees should be in aprons and sat down before start time, as that is when teaching will begin. Parents of host child are responsible for helping late comers to catch up. Please tell your children we are here to have fun, but Lush Art is not a play place. No running or jumping or chasing is allowed. We have concrete floors and art and supplies everywhere.

What will we paint?
The host may choose the painting subject. Each guest will be painting on 11x14 canvas board.
What do you provide?
- Use of the studio for the class (including tables and chairs)
- A dedicated art instructor
- All required materials (including canvases, brushes, acrylic paint, and aprons)
WHAT AM I, THE HOST, RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- All paper ware such as plastic table cloth for food table, plates, napkins, utensils and ice. NO CONFETTI or GLITTER.
- You are responsible for cleaning up all of the items your bring
- It is the host's responsibility to fill the seats. No refunds for unfilled seats or no shows.
How do food & drinks work?
- any snacks, cake, non-alcoholic beverages, and decorations are the host's responsibility
Are deposits refundable or transferable
No. Deposits are paid to hold the day you originally schedule. If we don’t receive the remainder of funds due before due date, your event will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Do you offer Sunday classes?
For an additional $25 fee, Sunday classes may be available.
Can I purchase extra time for the birthday parties?
For an additional $50 fee, an extra 30 min may be added if we have the time available.
Can Lush Art provide any other birthday services?
For an additional $25 fee, paper goods and juice can be provided. All you would need is the cake. Must be booked in advance.
PRICING & PACKAGES
- Deposits (50%) are due upon booking and are nonrefundable
- Deposit is transferable up to 10 days prior to event
- The remainder is due 10 days prior to party. The event is then non-refundable or transferable.
- If you are booking within 10 days of date, the total is due to book event. This is nonrefundable and not transferable.
- Any extra children that come ON party day that are not already paid for and we have to stop and prepare another seat on party day will be $30 each and will be due upon party completion.
- There are no refunds for having less people show day of party.
Small Party (up to 10 painters) $250
Host child +9 guest painters. 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The balance is due 10 days in advance of party date. Includes one artist.
Medium Party (up to 15 painters) $375
Host child +14 guest painters. 50% non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The balance is due 10 days in advance of party date. Includes one artist.
Large Party (up to 20 painters) $500
Host child +19 guest painters. Due to a new policy all events $500 and more must be paid in full with check or cash to secure date. This is nonrefundable but is transferable if event changes more than 10 days prior to original event date. Includes one artist and additional artist assistant.
Extra Large Party (up to 25 painters) $625
Host child +24 guest painters. Due to a new policy all events $500 and more must be paid in full with check or cash to secure date. This is nonrefundable but is transferable if event changes more than 10 days prior to original event date. Includes one artist and additional artist assistant.
