Lush Art is pleased to support many different causes throughout the Middle Georgia community.
Due to an overwhelming number of donation and sponsorship requests, Lush Art has adopted the following policies and submission guidelines for all donation requests. The purpose of these guidelines is not to deter requests for donations, but to better facilitate and manage our community outreach program.
Please read the following information closely, and adhere to these guidelines when submitting your request.
Submission Guidelines
All donation requests must be submitted using our Lush Art application and returned as a Word doc to [email protected]. Unsolicited letters, Facebook messages, and walk-ins will not be considered.
Monetary Requests
Because of the number of requests we receive, we donate a gift certificate and painting which can be raffled or auctioned off. We do not sponsor sports teams.

FUNdraisers
Pricing for FUNdraising events:
Up to 15 painters: $550. There is a $275 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The $275 balance is due upon booking. The $275 balance is due one week in advance of party date.
Up to 20 painters: $700. There is a $350 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. The $350 remaining balance is due one week in advance of party date.
The only paintings available for this option will be ones that do not require pre-sketching. You can charge whatever you want per seat, above the fee you are paying us and keep the profit. Your event fee includes the following

NOTE: If an Fundraising event takes place at Lush Art, we reserve the right to photograph all participants and publish the photographs for publicity purposes: website, social media, press materials, advertisements, etc.

- artist's assistant
- 11x14 canvas*
- paint and supplies*
